- Mix Mozzerella,Tomatoes,Garlic,Olive Oil & Basil in a bowl.
- Stretch dough into tray evenly.

- Mix some pizza sauce & water in a bowl and pour 2 scoops onto dough to keep moist let rise for 1 hour.
