  4. In once you can make 3 to 4 spoonfuls of boondi and turn the flame high to fry fast.
  5. Make syrup of jaggery and water and cook for complete 8 minutes.add lemon juice.
  6. After cooling down boondi add it to hot syrup and mix well and keep it for 5 minutes to come at room temperature.
  7. Add 2 tbsp milk and sugar and mix well.start making laddoos.
  8. Grease your palm with desi ghee and take small amounts of mixture and just squeeze gently for 2 to 3 seconds and use both hands to make small laddoos.
  9. Let's refrigerate to shape them perfectly and enjoy.stay safe stay healthy.
