  14. It's leaves of Few curry.
  15. Prepare 1 tsp of kasoori methi.
  16. It's 2 cup of water.

It is mainly cultivated in East and Southeast Asia and the Indian subcontinent. It is considered to be the hardiest of all pulse crops and requires a hot climate for germination and growth.   1. First rinse the daal properly and then put it in cooker.you can boil openly too.
  2. Add 2 cup water and add salt+turmeric.
  3. Have one whistle in cooker and openly just stirring on medium flame until daal look very well mixed softened.
  4. For tadka roast cumin seeds and mustard seeds in some oil and green chilli.
  5. Then add onion and cook until onions get browned and tender now add all the spices and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Now add tomato and cook until tomatoes mixed well and spread oil all around.
  7. Add it to cook lentil and enjoy yumm dinner.stay safe stay healthy.

In fact, the same lentil is many times also used to make khichidi, which is considered to be one of the most nutritious and easily digestible dishes.
