  7. It's to taste of Green chilli ginger paste acc.

  11. You need of Green chutney for serving.

I first planned to try paniyaram using corn rava and it flopped so transformed the batter into these crispy corn uttapams. Believe me it tasted soo good and that justifies the post. Corn Uttapam can be made in no time at all, as it requires no soaking or fermentation and grinding time is also very less. Corn uttapam instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl add little water.
  2. Let the mixture rest for at least 10 mins consistency should be like idli batter.
  3. Heat dosa pan. Brush it with oil spread the corn batter on the hot pan pour little oil or butter. let it cook for 5 to 7 mins on both the sides on medium to high flame.
  4. Your yummy uttapam is ready to serve for your loved ones😋.

Though Uttapam is originally from south India it is right now one of India's favourite breakfast dishes. Spicy corn Uttapam was really delicious dish. It doesn't take much time but just a interest to do that. If you want to eat tasty you must spend some time at kitchen. And the main thing is that it keeps tummy full as it have vegetables like onion, tomato and carrot.
