- Firstly Cooked samak rice with double of water(means 1 cup rice n 2 cup water) n jeera n salt.
- Take that cooked n cool rice or leftover rice.. add boiled grated potatoes... Add finely chopped chillies, kaddi ptta n corrainder.. add lil bit of salt(as we also add salt in rice).
- Mash properly with hands... Make tikkis... Flatten them n make hole in btw with finger...
- Fry them.. 2 by 2😝... On low flame... Enjoy with peanut m corrainder chutney 😊.
